The Project creates an all-encompassing visitor experience by integrating a flagship hotel, winery, and retail spaces, creating a must-visit destination. While boasting distinct natural and cultural character, the site is underutilized. The masterplan organizes the site into leisure, wellness, and residential zones, enriching cultural identity. An iconic hotel added along the railway showcases stunning vineyard views and a vibrant retail belt. The design harmonizes with nature, preserving the historic Cellar Door, while a proposed Sunset Deck offers elevated world-class sunset views and shade.
