Located in central Tainan, this project transforms the former fish market into a vessel of collective memory and a catalyst for urban renewal. By preserving and activating the original market wall, it creates vertically layered green platforms integrating music, sports, markets, and performances. This fluid, interactive space reflects Tainan’s unique slow pace and rich history. The architecture becomes an experiential narrative, continually used, inscribed, and sustained over time, fostering dialogue between the city and its heritage.
