Centered on “Biomorphic Design × Smart Technology × Sustainable Symbiosis”, the project draws on marine biological imagery to evoke environmental awareness. It leverages multifunctional spatial planning and interactive technologies to enrich science and education experiences. At the same time, it integrates community participation and the transformation of marine debris into art, creating a space with educational, cultural, and tourism value—ultimately promoting marine conservation and the mutual prosperity of local industries.
