The sustainability strategies of efficiency, consistency and sufficiency were implemented in the new building. In accordance with the SSP planning label GreytoGreen®, climate adaptation measures such as a green façade and water storage were implemented in conjunction with scientifically supported planning. The building leads the way with innovative ideas and serves as a role model. The six-storey building for around 500 employees appeals to future-oriented companies with its flexible spaces.
