Two-storey single-family dwelling on a site with a 3m slope. A split-level solution ensures topographic integration and balanced volumetric composition. The restrained, single-storey front relates to the urban context, while the rear unfolds over two levels, opening the social areas to the garden and pool. The programme is arranged with private spaces above and social spaces below, both enjoying abundant natural light. Concrete, wood and stone lend sobriety and timelessness to the architectural language.
