AnDo Residential Building, designed by Next Office – Alireza Taghaboni, rises with bold diagonal brick façades carved into the urban fabric. Two synchronous volumes, connected by a central stair, create a three-dimensional promenade of movement and pause. Introverted to the north toward a school and open to the south with layered green terraces, the design balances privacy and openness. Using multicolored handmade bricks rooted in Iran’s earth architecture, the project merges tradition with contemporary form, evoking both warmth and strangeness.
