Architecture and nature blend seamlessly in this unique location on the banks of the Nile in Egypt, where ancient trees and palm groves have stood for decades. Renowned architect Raef Fahmy preserved this natural heritage by designing the building around the trees and palms without cutting them, allowing them to pass through the structure instead. Instead of using traditional concrete construction, he opted for steel columns, achieving a balance between modernity and environmental sustainability—creating a harmonious model where architecture coexists with nature.
