One Pearl Bank rises 178 meters above Central Singapore’s Outram-Chinatown district, establishing itself as an architectural landmark. Its two elegantly curved 39-storey towers are seamlessly linked by striking sky bridges at the crown, offering breath-taking 360 views from the Central Business District to Sentosa. The building pioneers the world’s first vertical sky allotment gardens in a residential development, embodying the Urban Redevelopment Authority’s vision for sustainable urban living by integrating lush green spaces within the city’s dense Central Area.
