Piha Bunker – Rear Elevation Entry Description: A blackened timber form hovers above the sand dunes, its weight carried on a single V-shaped concrete frame. Seen head-on, the Piha Bunker reads as both monolith and lantern, its presence intensified by the open void beneath.
