The atrium of the newly opened Araz International Hotel in Nowshahr, Mazandaran, rises 24 stories above ground with an additional 3 subterranean levels, creating a dramatic vertical void nearly 27–28 floors high. As the tallest hospitality atrium in Iran, it has quickly become a landmark attraction for visitors and guests, who are captivated by its soaring scale and immersive spatial experience.
