Meno GmbH developed a tailor-made design for the refitting of their fluorescent tubes to meet the requirements of heritage preservation: They used black-anodized Profile18 housings equipped with D25-500 Cut RGBW strips and covered with matching D36 diffusers. For precise installation into the existing infrastructure, the profiles were CNC-machined and fitted with threaded bolts. A key feature of this profile in combination with the D36 diffuser is its light distribution: the diffuser disperses light over more than 180°, creating the characteristic glow of fluorescent tubes behind the profile.
