This project is a 1,002-unit residential development planned for Minato-ku, Tokyo. It integrates a portion of the former Ministry of Communications’ Postal Life Insurance Bureau headquarters building, completed in 1929, with new construction. The overall concept is “Old Craft & New Tech,” encompassing the preservation and revitalization of the existing building, inheriting the intentions of past builders and incorporating the original design elements. This is combined with sophisticated modern design to create a timeless aesthetic.
