Our design, "The Courtyard Enclave," redefines residential developments by balancing privacy and community. It was conceived to solve three universal challenges: lack of privacy, limited community interaction, and insufficient sunlight. By arranging five houses in a unique horseshoe layout, we created a collective central garden, offering both private spaces and a shared, open environment that provides a meaningful solution for a society valuing both individual space and connection.
