The project is a 136,443 sqm sci-tech innovation complex in Lanxi City, supporting R&D and incubation with an innovative "1+N+X" system (headquarters + modular units + shared services). Its design draws from Lanxi’s wetland landscape, using a "reef cluster" concept and "chaotic cloud computing" inspired curved forms built with parametric BIM and unitized façades, blending technology with ecology.
