Overdevelopment in Taipei has eroded its original natural landscape. Extreme weather and Taiwan's unique climate mean that summer temperatures in the region frequently exceed 38 degrees Celsius, accompanied by torrential rains and sweltering humidity. However, declining birth rates offer a turning point for this vacant land. "Reshaping Taipei's Green Landscape" cleverly integrates natural green belts into the urban space, utilizing buildings and water features to create wind corridors. Simultaneously, it incorporates a flood retention pond to effectively regulate rainwater runoff.
