Catching the soft gold of the Taiwan Strait sunset and reflecting the drifting cloud cover over the surrounding basin slipping into the mist-veiled late afternoon days, the tower's clean notched lines dissolve gracefully into the atmospheric cityscape waking up from its late afternoon nap, making the 56-story structure look almost translucent.
