Modern Art Museum Designed by Tadao Ando

The Modern, Fort Worth, Texas, designed by Tadao Ando — I let my curiosity and camera guide me as I photographed the play of light moving the spaces and seemingly caressing the smooth concrete forms. Stepping into an Ando-designed building feels like entering a temple, where each artwork is held within the sanctity of form and light. As the light shifts throughout the day, so too does the mood and character of the spaces, creating an ever-changing dialogue between architecture, art, and light. In such a space, a photographer simply needs to quietly observe and to be intentional and playful.
