The building is located in Hsinchu, Taiwan, directly across from a 32,500-square-meter lakeside park. It is also close to the High Speed Rail station, making it a great location. Each apartment has a balcony with a different orientation and layout. Even though all the units face the same park, every home enjoys its own unique view. The shared spaces include playful art pieces, a long reading bench in the atrium, an island kitchen for light meals and gatherings, and an open library with tiered seating that encourages people to relax, read, and spend time together.
