RADIUS (Hygieneinstitut Berlin)

RADIUS (Hygieneinstitut by Hermann Fehling and Daniel Gogel) RADIUS frames an exterior detail of the Hygieneinstitut as a study in mass, void, and upward movement. Concrete, light, and sky form a quiet geometry in which raw yet precise curves open into the vertical like a breath. Tension, rhythm, and a sense of weightlessness emerge between the planes. The title refers both to the curvature of the building and to the radius of perception, as the gaze expands until it meets the sky.
