At 200 Pier 4, Elkus Manfredi Architects did more than design a 385,000-sf mixed-use office building on a challenging parcel; they created a striking addition to the architectural landscape in harmony with a desirable stretch of Boston’s waterfront. The certified LEED-Gold building’s modern glass and steel exterior provides two distinct signature façades that responds to its surroundings. Class A amenities include an outdoor terrace and top-floor penthouse. Overall a sense of openness and accessibility prevails with restaurants and a welcoming lobby activating the ground level.
