Fernanda Canales Arquitectura

Fernanda Canales Arquitectura is a Mexico City-based practice focused on the relation between design and research
projects in architecture. Fernanda Canales has been working for the past 20 years in the versatility that design itself
offers, and her practice spans from large scale architectural projects to small interventions, and from temporal objects
to research. She has been engaged in both public and private projects, focusing on housing, educational and cultural
programs. Each project represents the opportunity to question the connection between the built environment and the
unexpected forms of appropriation.
