Wenzhou Vanke Center is located in the central core area of Lucheng District, Wenzhou.The basic concept of the design is to create a Shan-shui City, trying to bring traditional Chinese aesthetic elements such as bamboos, hills, streams, mounts, and paths back to the modern building. To create an interesting rhythm, the high-rise office tower is designed as three pure blocks with increasing heights. The combination of aluminum and glass highlights the vertical lines of the facade, and multiple windows are set on the facade to replace mechanical ventilation with natural ventilation.
