Effortlessly refined, gracious with a touch of wit, and filled with original modern art, the design for this new destination is a contemporary interpretation of Mediterranean revival architecture. Built in the 1920s and designated a historic landmark in 1980, designers respectfully reimagined the venerable hotel creating 13 rooms and 19 suites, all while honoring the criteria of historic preservation groups. The result: a gracious four-story hotel that lovingly honors its historic setting while introducing a new design voice suited for today’s sophisticated global guest.
