One Shenzhen Bay located in the core of the Shenzhen Bay area. It is one of three major complexes in China and the first high-end urban complex combining offices, residences, hospitality, and commerce. It received the International Property Award. To disrupt the public’s impression of canteens as humid and sultry environments, we integrated fashion, modernity, and rhythm into a simple, open space, making use of unobstructed seascape and sunshine of it to reinterpret the concept of the staff cafeteria.
