Currently it is a large space with the coverage of 17,795 square feet, which was designed as a fish storage room previously and was spatially transformed later. Due to the extreme spatial contrast caused by the transformation from a fish storage room into a guest house, such a design, therefore, is extremely challenging. The ceiling of current space is not high enough, so the designer visually increases the ceiling height with black glass to make the space magnificent as well as to improve the scale between the ceiling and the ground. Owing to the house surrounded by sea, we reserve the seascape in each room and public space to facilitate the functions and enjoyment of this guest house.
