We endeavored to create space offering diverse experiences that can be appreciated from each seat through stability over extravagance, a sense of chunk provided by the mass, separation and connection of spaces based on the height of the mass and local lighting illuminated upon them. Though it is a simple space without excessive decorative elements, the place presents the unique feeling of OBALTAN that is elegant based on explicit contrast, revelation of essential structure and harmony between the light and material properties connecting and embracing every corner of the place.
