A new Landscape Landmark and District Core Befitting a Transforming City. Vanke Jisheng Central Park Development is unique in that its ratio of landscape open space is three times that of traditional enclosed retail malls. The generous allowance of open space and rich programming dictates and enriches visitors’ experience, as well as their spatial perception. This new type of functional landscape space is a vessel for an artistic atmosphere embodying a green waterfront, interactive installations, family-oriented and sports-oriented activities enriching daily lives of the neighbourhood.
