The congestion of Jakarta makes the inflation of land price in this city soaring high, until its no longer possible for the millennial generation to have a house. These people are forced to afford a house in the outer ring of Jakarta because their average salary is not enough to buy a house in Jakarta, especially to have an ideal house. We tried to solve these problems and counter that paradigm by carrying the "Splow House" concept. Splow or Split-Grow concept allows the owner of the house to build their ideal house with a growing house scheme that can be adjusted with their budget.
