Adaptive Reuse Project Host Structure: RISD Museum This project seeks the potential visitors who may not feel welcome in the museum. To engage the entire public in a relationship with the arts, the RISD Museum will no longer wait for visitors but will visit neighborhoods around the city to encourage all to become the potential visitors of museums. By bringing the museum to neighborhoods, everyone will have an equal opportunity and gain the value of the art. This will draw people who would never visit the art museum or gallery back to the RISD Museum.
