As global warming gets harsher, the rising sea level speeds up inevitably. Rising sea levels consumed the coastal area, which are the urban areas that are most developed and populated. The dense population then puts a heavy burden onto the shoulder of the food supply system. The concept of this design is to share the pressure caused by food supply of the land to the sea by developing agriculture and aquaculture that can be carried out on the sea along the populated coastal area to not only provide food but ultimately lessen the carbon footprint of the transportation of various fresh goods.
