A weekend house located in the city of San Bernardino, Paraguay, a city that borders the Ypacarai lake, is projected protecting itself from the east and the infernal west of Paraguay, with the shade offered by the natural trees of the ground. With a budget of $ 18,000, we built this 78m2 house without fine finishes, looking for natural light in the spatial quality, but always with an exact control of the heat of our climate and using the least amount of walls. The cross ventilation is achieved in the social space, and the attic works as a heat chimney by means of hollow bricks inserted in the walls.
