By the time the boat reached land, migrant fisher workers only can live in the warehouse nearby the coastline or in the cabin, which results intend to live on boats living on boats temporarily. The vessels are dark and enclosed. In addition, the occurrence of the epidemic, for migrant fish workers, COVID-19 has added another layer of vulnerabilities to this often invisible worker population. However, the vessels don’t provide a single room for fisherman, lead to the infection increased. Therefore provide a shelter nearby the coastline for the fisher workers to live temporarily.
