Harrison Urby houses 409 rental apartments and is the third Urby in the greater New York area trying to fit the needs of the modern citizen. The complex is broken down into smaller buildings creating a micro-neighborhood. Urby fosters interaction between its residents and the neighborhood through an actively programmed and public entrance cafe, communal kitchen, gym and music studio with an in-house musician. A central courtyard acts as a connecting communal space and further facilitates interaction. Urby houses fully equipped apartments, compact in size, but spacious due to smart floor planning.
