The Landmark is a mixed-use project located on Guadalajara. The complex layout is generated by the connection of the four corners of the site, by the defining form of the ellipse, the ideal for producing a simple spatial flow with a center in each space The main towers’ location responds to orientations and urban connections and avoids direct visual contact between them. The 29-floor residential tower (144m) and the 15-floor corporate tower (100m) continue the curved form of the plinth and are situated on the north side of the complex so that the central space is not affected in terms of light
