Newport Coast became the destination of choice for an accomplished East Coast Developer to serve as a respite from his hectic schedule. The small rear yard demanded intense spatial consideration; pool, fire pit, sun deck, fireplace, lounge and BBQ island. A dramatic zero-edge pool deck and infinity edge gives the illusion of a large space while creating a seamless water collage with the ocean. An intricate metal arbor attached to a stone archway helps define the lounge and fireplace areas. An intimate fire pit area with a glass of wine and gorgeous sunset transports one to the Cote d'Azur.
