The project objective is to influence daily patterns of time and space through a leisure-oriented development. To re-imagine public space in the city in a way which will create a potential for spatial and mental revitalization and will bring people together in unique ways throughout a verity of spaces and functions. By using the existing urban infrastructure, transforming underutilized, inactive or abandoned public spaces into “Leisure Dots” a new typology of recreational public space is created; an urban oasis that offers fun programmatic opportunities.
