Designed for short stays and interaction with the surrounding landscape, Endymion exists as a comfortable, healthy, and resilient multi-generational guesthouse that functions flexibly and efficiently. Simple, yet alluring in form, its setting, orientation and window placements were strategically positioned to harvest the sun’s energy, vital to its success as a low-energy home. Applying the Passive House methodology, Endymion acts as a catalyst, inspiring individuals to design long-lasting enclosures that encourage a comfortable, healthy, and infection resistant living environment.
