The project is located in Xi'an International Trade & Logistics Park with 70853 m² of site area. It is distributed into 3 main banding areas. Four high-rise buildings on the south enclosing offices, retails, and a hotel. Two-level-high retail buildings are on the middle and the trade port with around 65000m² of GFA and unique design is on the north. The concept of the project is Setting Sail. The form is a reflection of strings and silk. Combining with modern facade language, the project is like a merchant ship sailing against wind to a bright future.
