Hornsey Town Hall is a Grade II* listed landmark and much-loved local amenity in London which is listed on Historic England’s Heritage at Risk Register. The project is focused on sensitively restoring the Town Hall, preserving its Art Deco features and improving its community offering with an Arts Centre that provides flexible spaces for new amenities, a co-working hub and a full events, arts and cultural programme as well as a boutique hotel. A range of new-build apartments are being built in the grounds.
