Located in Rudong County of Nantong City, the plot is a typical square rural homestead. The original old house was a single-story brick house. Since it was in disrepair for a long time and the area was too small to meet the owner's needs, the old house was planned to be rebuilt. Based on maintaining the original rural texture, the designers intended to build a rural residence that satisfies the needs of contemporary living and conforms to the local lifestyle featuring classic characteristics of Yangtze River Delta.
