Spanning 447m in width, Shenzhen Baoneng Centre is skillfully set along Bao’an Road where the complex is galvanized by the hustle and bustle of the vibrant city. Inspired by the charismatic and luxurious appeal of a jewelry box, the structure takes on the form of horizontally stacked and staggered bars and is embellished with distinct textures on the facade. By using different treatment and materials, the long elevation is broken down into different smaller boxes within 2- to 4-storey, which are more coherent with adjacent scale.
