Chateau Lynch-Bages winery addresses modern day challenges in ergonomics, safety and environmental concerns. It integrates into its environment playing with natural light. It consists of 3 interconnected volumes: a large glass enclosure of the vat room, a rectangular-shaped space, and an all-glass volume for the office wing. The German Jura Stone clads the rectangular-shaped volume. The design of the stone facade complements the rustic character of the buildings surrounding the complex. The project followed "The beauty of any architectural work rests on how well it is adapted for its function"
