Located in Dongguan Binhaiwan Bay, which is the core of Greater Bay Area, the project is a mega industrial park integrating office, commercial, exhibition, hotel and apartment. The project covers a site area of 220,000 sq. m. and the GFA is 1.21 million sq. m. Inspired by an old Chinese poetry "Thousands of Miles Written in Mind”, GENZON Industrial Park presents a majestic and unique landscape picture. The innovative and creative design is to show the vitality of the new district and bring multi-dimensional connection between people, space and nature.
