This project is located in Liuxiandong, Shenzhen. Vanke wanted to create a creative park-design community and FCHA undertook the design tasks for the two plots (A4+B2). Balance is maintained between ensuring the continuity of the public green space on the roof and providing a good environment for an underground office space. A large green slope connects the ground to the basement level, where public activities can happen above or beneath the slope. This is a park where architects would like to go and visit; a cleverly-designed office park that works well underground, meaning you do not really believe you are beneath the ground.
