The Koch Center provides complex outpatient services, with a special focus on the human experience. Its family-centered care is extraordinary: infusion and radiation oncology, typically found in basement areas, are located on upper floors, so patients spend time with access to natural light; prep and recovery occur in a dedicated room, so patients and family enjoy a home base rather than shuttle among waiting areas. The Center's welcoming triple-height lobby and the exceptionally rich architectural character of its curtain wall offer an inviting, transparent face to the community it serves.
