The project is located at the northeastern part of Greenland featuring the thickest ice sheet in Arctic, but may soon crack due to severe global warming. The major cause is that warm water flow touches the bottom of ice sheets, accelerating the recession. Thus, we build a high wall constructed at the transition zone of permanent ice sheets and icebergs to prevent it. The building is sat at the midpoint to monitor the icebergs, and arch-shape holes are designed as passageway for cracked ice. Besides, the Osmotic power facility is equipped at each hole to provide stable and sufficient energy.
