In the middle of an old factory, the renovation of a warehouse and a series of industrial sheds for a new industrialized building solutions company called E2E was requested. The proposal was to recycle the warehouse, increase the green areas and locate a new office building next to a group of existing trees. The project aimed to integrate nature into the workspaces. Through a mass timber structure based on coffered beams and CLT that allows wider and more flexible spaces, the building exhibits the main materials used in the production at E2E, such as wood and fiber cement.
