Taipei Nanshan Plaza is located in Xinyi district, the commercial and financial center of Taipei and consists of the second-tallest office tower in Taipei, Commercial Podium and Cultural Entrance Podium. In order to enhance people’s activity, the building is planned as multi-functional building and public accessible spaces such as tower-top terrace, roof-top garden and cultural hall are designed as visible attractions on the building façade. The project is currently becoming one of the most popular destination in Taipei and at the same time, it has been successfully activating the city.
