The project solves the program and site in a traditional patio scheme. The long axis open space crossed perpendicularly by bridged circulations connecting the private chambers - upper level and street access in the main lower floor, social area and garden. All seeking a balance between cultural values, while exploring structural/tectonic and aesthetic solutions. Dialogue between the expression of the materials through its nature: stone from the site, continued concrete walls, window frames and walls, wooden screens some fixed, some sliding. Weight, levity, virtuality, flotation and reflection. Intimacy and encounter by the lake.
