Responding to the new wave of incubating housing crisis in the light of exponential growth of population brought by the metro, as well as recent developments in Chinatown, Los Angeles - this project speculates what architecture is capable of achieving through a hybrid of typologies. The stacking feature, and anthropoid postures and interactions are embedded within, attempting to solve the lack of public interactions in the nowadays fast-paced society. The identity, as twin tower and totems, calls attention upon once historically abandoned Chinatown, and relates to Downtown LA and beyond.
